At Wedgefield Country Club there are 48 sand bunkers situated along the landing zones on the gently rolling fairways or greenside, and water comes into play on 11 holes. Players will encounter gently raised greens complexes and mildly sloping putting surfaces that roll true. The fairways are tree lined along a mildly rolling terrain with several doglegs highlighting a good variety in hole design.
