Burning Ridge is one of the five courses in the Classic Golf Group (others are Wedgefied Plantation, Black Bear, Indian Wells and Founders Club) and is one of their top layouts. Located in Conway, this championship layout was voted 2006 Myrtle Beach Golf Course of the Year, and features a tree lined, mildly rolling terrain with a nice variety in hole design
The Clubhouse at Burning Ridge features a restaurant and bar. There also are changing rooms, plus a well stocked pro shop. Practice facilities include a grass range, short game area plus putting green. During the re-design prior to 2006, nearly 40 sand bunkers wee removed to make the experience more playable and enjoyable.
