The Dunes is a 4 1/2 star (Golf Digest Places to Play) championship layout that is considered by many to be the finest work of Robert Trent Jones Sr. Signature design features include long tee areas, rolling fairways with landing zones defined by intricately shaped sand bunkers, and huge elevated green complexes.

On property is a full service practice facility with targeted grass range, short game area with sand bunker plus putting green. The clubhouse features a pro shop, separate restaurant/lounge for members and guests - serving breakfast and lunch menus, banquet & outing facilities, plus separate locker rooms with showers for members and guests. DIRECTIONS

From Myrtle Beach: Take Hwy 17 North to 79th Ave N. Follow 79th Ave N toward the ocean and turn left on Old Hwy 17.  Turn left and follow to Dunes Dr. Turn right on Dunes Drive (turns into  Club Drive) and take that to Ocean Drive. Turn left to the course.
